All enquiries are welcome regarding licensing non-commissioned images for publishing, editorial or commercial projects.
Typical uses include book and CD covers, posters, cards, corporate literature, brochures, catalogs and advertising in print or online or for editorial/illustrative purposes in magazines and books. High resolution digital files at 300dpi are supplied.
Simply contact me with details of the image you would like to use, how and where it is to be used and I will quote a license fee based on industry guidelines. If you are looking for something specific, I have thousands of keyworded images in my own image library and am constantly adding new work, locations and subjects so it is always worth checking.
Selected images are also available to license through image libraries including through:
Each of these libraries offer the facility for licenses to be purchased online for commercial use with high resolution images available for immediate download. Simply enter a keyword in the search facility or enter my name as a keyword on their site to view the current selection. Images can be purchased and downloaded from their site at any time of day.
Images are protected by copyright - as the photographer of all the images on this site, the copyright belongs and stays with me.
If you would like to use an image, you can of course do so and licenses are available to purchase according to your needs. Images are licensed so that you only need to pay for the use you need rather than paying consideraby more for what you may never need. For example, if you just need to use an image for a short period of time for a single publication or website, there is no point paying for 'all rights', most of which are not needed and which would cost considerably more. If you need the right to use an image worldwide on an exclusive basis however, you would expect to pay more.
License fees are determined by how and where the image is to be used, for what purpose and for how long. Some of the most common licenses are included here to buy online but please contact if you have a specific requirement or are unsure what license you may need.
Please remember that licenses are issued for a set period of time and are restricted to the media and use you specifiy.
